About the Role
As an HR Assistant, you will support Norwich City Services Ltd, a wholly owned company of Norwich City Council, in delivering essential HR transactions. Your duties will include coordinating recruitment activities, managing starter and leaver processes, generating payroll documentation, and preparing contracts of employment. You will also respond to queries and provide advice on HR processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, possess excellent IT skills, and have experience with HR systems. You should be comfortable supporting and training others in their use. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines.

This role is for 37 hours per week, with flexibility considered for part-time or job share arrangements.
