Job Title: Temporary Support Worker – Mental Health, Homelessness & Autism Services Location: Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas Pay Rate: £13–£14 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary About the Role: Reed is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our temporary staffing pool. You’ll be working across services supporting individuals with mental health needs, those experiencing homelessness, and people with autism and learning difficulties. These roles are based in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Important Eligibility Note: Due to the nature of the work and shift patterns, we cannot accept applicants who are subject to 20-hour student visa restrictions. You must be fully available for full-time work. Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centred care and support. Assist with daily living, emotional wellbeing, and community integration. Work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals. Promote independence, dignity, and safety. Requirements: Full-time availability is essential. Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred. SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable but not essential.
