Job Description Pension Assistant | 9782 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,989 to £26,403 per annum (Scale D) | County Hall, Norwich / Hybrid Norfolk County Council (NCC) are looking for a well organised and practical Pension Assistant to join the vibrant and enthusiastic NCC Pension team. Excellent attention to detail, time management and good administration experience is essential for this role. Your role will be to assist the Pension Administration team deliver Local Government, Teachers and NHS schemes to internal and external colleagues. You will manage our service desk (email tickets), take phone calls from colleagues and support in a variety of administration activities. The role will include updating employee records on Oracle Fusion, processing changes following documented processes and instructions from the team. You will need to establish and maintain good working relationships with all employees while delivering an agreed level of service to specified timescales.
