Job Description:
This dynamic wholesaler is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their busy admin department. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and column management. Creating invoices from sales orders in Excel will be a key responsibility, along with various administrative and accounting tasks that will develop over time. Knowledge of Sage is a plus. The role requires a common-sense approach, confidence in dealing with customers via phone and email, and excellent written and spoken English.
The position is initially for 3 months temporary work, followed by a 3-month contract. The office is friendly and open plan, with an office dog on site—please ensure you like dogs and are not allergic.
The client is looking to recruit ASAP and aims to interview this week for the right candidate to commit to the 6-month role.
Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break, which is provided in the canteen.
