Clinical Lead Dentist (Private) – Near Stowmarket

With a fully managed diary, robust TCO and marketing support generating substantial Consults and Patient Leads, and a highly experienced practice team, this is the perfect setting for professional and leadership growth.
About the Position:
* Part-Time/Full-Time role available – 3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday
* 45% private income split
* 50% split on lab fees
* Full diary managed – Regular patient demand, stable diaries, Consults generated on your behalf
* Clinical lead responsibilities in team support and business input
* Must be confident in Composite Bonding procedures and willing to offer these services
* Predominantly day-to-day general private Dentistry, with adhoc Clinical Lead duties as they arise
* High uptake of Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dentistry within practice
* ASAP start available
Duties Include:
* Predominantly general dentistry day-to-day - Private Only (Can offer UDA’s should you wish, but NOT essential)
* Composite bonding skillset (Essential)
* Clinical Lead duties are reactive, supporting clinicians, complaints handling, and strategic input
* Implantology welcome for simple single cases and Restorative work (Not Essential)
