Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly motivated Rural Estate Administrator to support our work with private and institutional clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate, inquisitive, highly organised, and eager to develop their career while adding real value to the team. As first point of contact you are liaising with clients, tenants, colleagues and contractors, relating to rent demands, client invoicing, maintenance and insurance. Accurate and timely maintenance of property databases and records is essential.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, colleagues and contractors.
* Handle rent demands, client invoicing, maintenance and insurance related inquiries.
* Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of property databases and records.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Rural Estate Administrator or similar role.
* Proactive, highly motivated and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
* Passionate, inquisitive mindset with a commitment to developing their career and adding value to the team.
