Remote with ad-hoc visits to client sites and quarterly meetings (M4 Corridor)
We're working with a growing hospitality SaaS business that's been helping food service operators run smarter, more efficient operations for over 25 years. Trusted by contract caterers, care homes, schools, pub groups, and leisure venues across the UK - they're a small, agile team with a genuinely big footprint in the sector.
This is a role built for someone who's ready to own the full 360 sales cycle - from generating your own pipeline to closing deals and handing off to the mobilisation team. No hand-holding, no marketing machine behind you. Just a strong product, a supportive leadership team, and real autonomy to build something.
What we're after:
* ✅ 2–4 years in a B2B sales or business development role
* ✅ Comfortable running outbound-led pipelines without heavy marketing support
* ✅ Experience in hospitality, food service, or SaaS - ideally both
* ✅ Confident managing deals from first call through to signed proposal
* ✅ HubSpot or similar CRM experience
* ✅ Based within ~2 hours of Newbury (M4 corridor preferred)
