The Role - £27K - £30K + Bonus
1. Researching, identifying, attracting, screening, selecting and shortlisting candidates
2. Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
3. Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets
4. Client relationship management through attending meetings, visiting clients, attending events and much more
5. Utilising searches, calling, networking, LinkedIn
6. Using internal CRM database
7. Building market intelligence
