What You’ll Do
* Support pupils in lessons in a mainstream secondary school.
* Provide tailored support for students with additional needs in the on-site SEND unit.
* Opportunities to work across the main school and SEND settings, providing 1:1 and small-group support.

Experience and Background
No Classroom Experience? That’s OK! We welcome applications from individuals with experience in:
* Care work or residential support
* Youth work or mentoring
* Police, fire service, or other emergency services
* Sports coaching, community support, or other people-focused roles
Your transferable skills—such as patience, resilience, communication, and teamwork—are highly valued.
What You’ll Need
* A current DBS certificate (or willingness to apply – we can help)
* A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in working with young people
* Confidence in supporting students aged 11–16, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Flexibility to work across different subjects and support needs
