Join Charles Taylor Assistance in Christchurch, Dorset for a hands-on experience that could open doors to your future career! As a Claims Support Advisor there may work may be additional work available in the evenings or weekend for those based locally.

What the programme involves
5. Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
6. Handling and processing relevant documents accurately
7. Providing empathetic and professional support to all our travel customers
8. Guiding customers clearly through the claims process to deliver excellent service
What we need from you
9. Available to start on Monday 8th of June
10. Able to attend an interview on Wednesday 29th of April 2026
11. Work Monday to Friday between 09.00 -17.30
12. Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
13. Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
14. Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
16. Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers
