The Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused, highly motivated, and approachable Workplace Administrator with excellent relationship-building skills to join our dedicated People Experience Team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Magna colleagues ensuring they remain at the forefront of everything we do.
What you take care of:

* Facilitate an orientation and overview of the workplace for colleagues and new employees, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
* Oversee all aspects of postal operations, including the management of urgent, signed-for and recorded correspondence.
* Provide support for room and desk bookings, as well as assist with the utilisation of the external postal system and any data requests.
* Coordinate the organisation of long service awards and professional recognitions.
* Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for IT equipment used by colleagues working remotely – Full training will be provided.
What you need to be successful:
* A passion for providing an excellent workplace experience.
* A flexible approach to working with colleagues across Magna.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload, while working independently or as part of a team.
* Proficient level of IT literacy and administration skills.
