They are now looking for leaders who can continue this journey, improving delivery maturity and building a stronger, more consistent engineering culture.
What Youll Lead
A cross:functional agile team of Developers and Test Engineers. Delivery of the teams backlog, ensuring a balance of speed, quality, and sustainability. Close collaboration with Product to align feature delivery, technical quality, and operational stability. Ownership of the teams technical direction, ensuring alignment with broader architectural strategy. Adoption of modern engineering and QA practices across the full lifecycle : with a clear you build it, you run it mindset. Development of individuals through coaching, performance management, and fostering a positive team culture.
What You Bring
Proven experience leading and developing agile engineering teams. A data:driven approach to delivery, with a strong grasp of engineering and QA best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Background in either C/.NET or modern JavaScript frameworks. A genuine interest in improving ways of working and driving continuous improvement.
