SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Schools

Teaching Personnel is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools. These roles are suited to individuals with patience, empathy, and a desire to help children overcome barriers to learning.
Role Overview:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Assist pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties
* Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions
* Help create inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Details:
* Start dates: Immediate and January
* Pay: Approx. £350-450 per week
* Hours: Full-time, part-time, and flexible options
* Training: Access to CPD and SEN-specific training
Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential—training and support provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
