Responsibilities
* Deliver contract administration on commercial projects
* Carry out technical due diligence for major acquisitions
* Lead on dilapidations and advisory work
* Diagnose defects and produce accurate technical reports
* Support a broad range of chartered-level surveying duties
Qualifications
* Building Surveying degree + MRICS
* Strong report writing and commercial awareness
* Experience in a proactive consultancy environment
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
* Tech-friendly, adaptable and collaborative
