About the role
SANZA Teaching Agency are proud to be working with an inclusive and community-focused primary school in Hampstead who are seeking an exceptional ARP Lead / SEND Teacher to establish and develop their brand-new Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate SEND practitioner to shape the direction of a new specialist provision within a well-established mainstream primary school. The role will begin with a small group of four pupils and has the potential to expand as the provision grows.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design, deliver and lead a high-quality, individualised curriculum that supports pupils with a range of additional needs - ensuring the ARP becomes a model of excellence within the borough.

The role
* Lead and teach within a brand-new ARP for primary-aged pupils with additional needs (initially 4 children)
* Develop, plan and deliver an individualised, engaging curriculum aligned with the national curriculum and pupils' EHCP targets
* Work collaboratively with the Headteacher, SENDCo, therapists and support staff to ensure outstanding outcomes for each child
* Build the ARP from the ground up - shaping routines, learning environments, and inclusive teaching practices
* Provide leadership and model best SEND practice for LSAs and support staff within the provision
* Foster strong relationships with parents, external professionals and the wider school community
* Full-time post with a view to permanent appointment as the provision grows
The ideal candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience in SEND or inclusion leadership
* Passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for children with additional needs
* Knowledge of a range of learning and behavioural needs, including ASD, SEMH and communication difficulties
* Skilled at differentiation, personalised learning and multi-agency collaboration
* Confident leading a small team and setting up new systems and processes
* Reflective, organised and resilient with excellent interpersonal skills
