The Role: Stock Control Specialist
Join Supreme as an Inventory Integrity Lead and play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of our stock records across all warehouse sites. Reporting to the Head of Stock Control, you'll take responsibility for counting, checking, and validating inventory levels, supporting robust stock integrity and smooth warehouse operations. Location: Supreme Imports, 125 Trafford Wharf Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1HA
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm
Salary: £31,442.11

Role and Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular and ad-hoc stock counts across all warehouse sites.
* Ensure stock records are accurate and up to date, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
* Work closely with the Head of Stock Control and site teams to maintain robust inventory controls.
* Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel spreadsheets for stock reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock movements, adjustments, and audit findings.
* Support audits and compliance checks by providing timely and accurate stock data.
* Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve stock-handling processes and minimise errors.
* Identify and report recurring issues or risks affecting stock integrity.
* Uphold all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines during all activities.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
* Ability to work independently and across multiple sites.
* Good problem-solving skills and confidence in investigating stock discrepancies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with colleagues across sites.
* A proactive and responsible approach to stock control and operational improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in inventory, stock taking, or warehouse control roles.
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control best practice.
* Driving licence preferred (due to travel across sites)
* Microsoft Excel knowledge and general data handling.
* Fork Lift License – Reach Truck
