Care assistant

Join our team as a Complex Care Assistant and take the opportunity to enhance your skills with full training and clinical support in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, PEG feeding, and more. You'll be supporting a young gentleman in his early twenties with cerebral palsy, working alongside a caring team to provide personal care, medication via PEG, seizure support, and meaningful social interaction. Every day brings something new, and you'll be making a real difference while growing your own knowledge and experience in complex care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and medication via PEG feeding.
• Support C‑Pap ventilation.
• Manage seizure protocols and provide seizure support.
• Move and handle equipment safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Complex Care Assistant is highly advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Pay & Working Hours

Pay: £15 per hour.

Shifts: Mondays 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sundays 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus bank days and nights throughout the week.
