R13 Recruitment are partnering with a highly reputable organisation in the housing sector, leading their search for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, receiving customer communications, coordinating and planning contractor teams and assuring swift solutions to customer issues, optimising the customer experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week, onsite at the modern offices on the outskirts of Norwich [with ample free parking].
Salary £ - £ + quarterly bonus potential

The Day to Day:
3. Managing a portfolio of properties, handling incoming enquiries / complaints from customers
4. Gathering information associated with the nature of the complaint, assuring optimal information gained from the outset
5. Requesting additional information from customers [photos / videos etc]
6. Setting up / managing the customer log, keeping information updated on in house system
7. Allocation and planning of works to in house and sub-contracting teams on a triage basis
8. Receiving updates from teams and relaying back to the customer
9. Ongoing review of remedial works against designated timeframes, assuring resolutions is provided as quickly as possible
10. Working to achieve / reviewing timeframes to assure issues are resolved to targeted objectives
11. Administrative support work
You Will Have/Be:
12. Exposure within the housing / property sector
13. Dedication to the delivery of customer service excellence
14. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
15. Complaint handling experience
16. Self-motivation and ability to manage personal workload autonomously
17. Effective internal and external relationship management skills
18. Accuracy and attention to detail
19. Exposure to the planning of works would be desirable
