The Role Reporting to the MD and taking a lead on the day-to-day transactions, this is an extremely fast-paced and exciting environment to work in. Liaising with the external advisors, customers and stakeholders alike, you’ll prove to be a pivotal player and genuinely integral to the smooth success of the transactions, both from a buying and selling perspective. No two days will be the same! The Person This unique opportunity would suit a confident and self-sufficient UK qualified property solicitor with significant experience of handling a wide range of residential property transactions. It’s likely you’ll have run a department and will have demonstrable ability of handling multiple transactions on a volume basis in a calm, measured and diligent manner. The Offering This is a critical position with an attractive salary banding and bonus. It requires the person to spend their time at the coal face and on site in the main, in prestigious offices to the north of Leeds. A car is probably essential in being able to get to work – and parking is provided. This is an unusual opportunity and requires someone who enjoys working in a pacey environment and embraces the buzz of getting deals over the line.
