Job Title Analyst / Broker Job Purpose Supports broking placement tasks and client queries or information requests. Responds to and proactively seeks solutions to client queries. Key Accountabilities Supports with existing clients to secure renewals and exploring new revenue growth opportunities. Developing and running renewal lists and tracking pipeline opportunities Participates in team collaboration approach to clients and markets to achieve outstanding service and client satisfaction. Ensure the preparation and production of necessary account and programme documentation is dealt with within a timely manner. Creation of and maintaining various internal mapping and tracking monitoring systems. With assistance from colleagues builds relationships with markets and clients. Under direction seeks to place the most suitable and best possible contract terms on behalf of the client. Ensure compliance and adheres to at all times to clients behaviours, values and regulative requirements, in particular the Tier 1 Conduct Rules (as set out in Appendix 1) Active participation in an inspiring team environment with an open, equal and collaborative communication culture Skills and Knowledge Preferably working towards ACII qualification. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Work with guidance within agreed procedures and processes Intermediate/good knowledge of the (re)insurance market in order to address client and technical issues.Accurate and good attention to detail. Well organised and able to prioritise and multi-task. Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues as required.
