Telecoms Lawyer - Complex Contracts/Networks (10 PQE) – High-Impact Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Telecoms Lawyer with networks experience to join a newly created dynamic and fast-paced legal team within a h i gh-profile communications and technology business. Known for its influence in the telecoms space, this company has been at the forefront of mobile and digital transformation for decades. This is a key strategic role, supporting the GC, Investment direct and wider investment team in drafting, negotiating and managing complex long term contracts. The role will include: Providing expert commercial legal advice and strategic business partnering in relation to international entities Drafting complex Network Schedules Advising board directors and senior business stakeholders on complex contractual matters, ensuring contractual compliance Leading transformation initiatives to improve operational excellence, enable growth, and support key business objectives Managing the business’s interests in its Joint Ventures and non-wholly owned assets What’s on offer?
