Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading adult social care teams in north Norfolk; strengthening integration across health and care, building productive networks, and delivering high‑quality, sustainable services. You will empower staff, drive service innovation, and ensure that our services meet the evolving needs of Norfolks diverse communities. You will co‑produce solutions with residents, embed national and local initiatives, and help shape the future of preventative, relational care.
