We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and learning during their formative years.
Duties
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
* Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in a nursery setting.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
* Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
* A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
* Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
* Excellent communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
* Driving experience is advantageous for transportation purposes related to outings or activities.
