Pontypridd (Head Office)
£15 per hour (PAYE) + holiday pay (£17.57 per hour including holiday pay)
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Temporary contract (8-10 weeks with potential extension to mid July)

A day in the life
You start your day in Pontypridd, checking the fleet system and planning. You're keeping things organised so others can do their jobs safely.
* Schedule MOTs, servicing and repairs, making sure nothing is missed
* Speak with drivers and colleagues, explaining processes in a clear and reassuring way
* Review daily vehicle checks and decide what needs action, with support from your manager
* Liaise with external garages and providers to get issues resolved
* Keep records accurate and up to date so reports can be trusted
* Use your judgement to prioritise tasks when things get busy, with guidance from the Fleet Manager
Some days can feel busy, especially when vehicles need urgent attention. You'll have clear processes, team support and a hands-on manager to help you prioritise and make decisions safely.
Over time, good support here means vehicles stay safe, services run smoothly, and teams can rely on the tools they need.
What you will need
* Strong admin experience in any setting
* Confident using Microsoft Office and managing systems
* Able to communicate clearly with a range of people
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Availability to start work at short notice
