About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Housing Retrofit team to support the delivery of the new Warm Homes programme; providing a professional and high‑level customer experience; and providing the team with administrative support to assist with the delivery of the programme and contracts, to improve the energy efficiency of residents’ homes.
Who we are looking for
You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with a knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain an effective team working and develop partnerships. You will be dynamic and flexible, with a can‑do attitude and a strong focus on delivery. You should be a team player, able to organise your own workload and committed to providing a high standard of customer service. High competency with IT – particularly Word and Excel – is required, and ideally you will have a knowledge of the Government’s retrofit programmes.
