Finders Keepers are a highly respected, leading sales and letting agent with offices across Oxfordshire. We have a dedication to professionalism and quality service within the property industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuer to join our successful team in North Oxford.
As a Valuer you will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities and converting leads to secure new instructions for the letting office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Development and implementation of a new business strategy
* Actively create contacts and leads for business generation
* Attend networking events to build strong local relationships
* Source potential new business opportunities
* Successfully convert new business opportunities
* Attend market appraisal appointments, sell the FK service and bring on new clients for all FK divisions
* Bring energy and focus to the team, always leading by example
* Proactively increase the income for the office Knowledge,
skills and experience required to be a successful Valuer:
* Minimum three years experience in sales/lettings estate agency
* Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets
* Naturally hungry for new business conversion
* Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
* Strong legal knowledge via NFOPP Technical Award qualification
