Your new role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the marketing team across a wide range of projects and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Coordinating promotional materials and stock
2. Supporting product launches and digital campaigns
3. Managing events and meetings, including logistics and delegatemunications
4. Handling purchase orders, invoices, and travel arrangements
5. Liaising with suppliers and external partners
6. Maintaining internal systems and platforms
7. Providing general office support and assisting with onboarding new starters
You’ll be based in a modern office environment with occasional travel across the UK and internationally.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
8. At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing coordination role
9. A proactive, flexible attitude and strong organisational skills
10. Experience in both consumer and business-to-business marketing
11. Excellentmunication and problem-solving abilities
12. A creative eye and attention to detail
13. Confidence working independently and collaboratively
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

20. £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
21. 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays
22. Hybrid working once passed probation
23. UK and European travel is required
