Working in Sales Development at Qlearsite, you will be part of pioneering this revolutionary approach of developing the organisation of the future. You will help grow the firm by developing outbound sales, by prospecting, developing leads, and bringing in new business .
Your Role
A Sales Development Representative (“SDR”) identifies and qualifies potential new business leads. They are the first face of the company to all new customers, are natural hunters who have the ability to nurture and build long-lasting relationships. Ultimately, they are educators that leverage insights to assist in solving a ‘real problem’ their customers are having.
We want someone who can help us to establish Qlearsite as a market-leading supplier of analytics software. We’re interested in someone with innovative ideas to help scale our client base and develop new opportunities. You will be responsible for growing our business via the development of new sales leads through all channels.

You will be responsible for:
* Using a suite of social tools to generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline;
* Working closely with the direct sales and marketing teams in the proactive creation and management of multi-platform campaigns and messages;
* Conducting high-level conversations with senior business leader across a range of industries,
* Managing and forecasting your own pipeline using the Qlearsite CRM platform;
* Becoming a trusted advisor. We are looking for people that can build relationships, impart knowledge and add value to your colleagues and prospects alike; and
* Consistently pushing to develop your sales and market understanding,
What we need from you:

4. 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing B2B role (e.g. Recruitment, Sales)
5. A Bachelor’s degree is preferable but not essential.
