Job Overview Redsky Homes is seeking a motivated and well-organized Junior Construction Commercial & Procurement Coordinator to join our project team on a 58-unit residential development in Hounslow, TW3. This role is ideally suited to a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in quantity surveying, commercial management, or construction procurement. You will gain hands-on experience working on a live construction site, supporting the commercial, procurement, and administrative functions of the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and supply chain, gaining exposure to real-world construction processes from procurement through to final accounts. Key Responsibilities Commercial / Quantity Surveying Support Assist with cost control, budgets, and cashflow forecasts Help prepare, issue, and monitor subcontractor packages Support valuation, variation, and cost reporting records Maintain accurate cost trackers and commercial documentation Assist with final account preparation and close-out Procurement / Buying Order materials and plant in line with the construction timeline. Obtain, review, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to site Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement Maintain procurement schedules and records Site Administration & Documentation Manage day-to-day site paperwork and records Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with subcontractor compliance documents (RAMS, insurances, accreditations) Record delivery notes, invoices, warranties, and certifications Support project meetings with minutes and reports where required General Project Support Act as a link between site, office, and suppliers Support the Project Manager with general administrative tasks Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and well organized Skills & Attributes Graduate or early-career professional in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a related field Some site or contractor-side experience desirable but not essential Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn Comfortable working on a live construction site environment Job Type: Full-time, Site based What’s in it for you Competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000 per annum.
