The Role:
You will join a successful team with opportunities to shape your desk and develop strong relationships across the Occupational Health market.
We are hiring for two profiles:
360 Recruitment Consultants – Ideal for those with strong business development skills and the confidence to grow and manage their own client base.
180 Delivery / Resourcing / Account Management – Focus on candidate delivery, relationship management and supporting existing accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (for 360 roles) or delivering high-quality resourcing and account management (for 180 roles)
*
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
*
Working closely with a collaborative team that values communication and support
*
Contributing to a growing business with genuine opportunities for progression
What We’re Looking For:

Experience within recruitment (any sector considered; professional services/healthcare beneficial) - full sector training will be provided

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
