Year 1 salary: £16,340 per annum; Year 2 salary: £22,070 per annum.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
Contract: 21-month FM Administration Apprentice training contract.
Start date: ASAP.

A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join East Suffolk Services Limited as an FM Administration Apprentice in our Facilities Management (FM) team.
Your role
You will be part of a highly skilled and committed team of professionals delivering facilities management services, offering a first-class customer experience, maximising value for money, and contributing to business efficiencies.
Your role will be to carry out administrative duties within the FM Team, assisting team members to maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings, facilitating day-to-day operations and maintenance, and administering multiple compliance and health and safety projects. You will administer a wide range of facilities management services including buildings compliance, health and safety compliance, planned maintenance repairs and emergency repairs. You will also regularly liaise with Multiskilled and Semiskilled Operatives, Contractors and Clients regarding maintenance works.
You will need
You will need to have excellent communication and IT skills and a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above or grade 4-9 (or equivalent). No administrative or customer services experience is required, as full training will be provided.
