Promote the highest levels of customer service to our customers while maximising the performance of your team. Develop a culture of celebrating success as well as identifying how underperformance can be resolved. Accountability for ensuing the implementation of thecompany strategy on compliance. Reviewcommercial KPIsto identify areas of concern and initiate appropriate plans.
