Our Future Leadership Programme is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of managers, with a key focus on our manufacturing operations. This programme offers exposure across multiple manufacturing divisions such as Planning, Quality, Formulation, Environment, Health & Safety, and Supply Chain, to challenge and support your professional growth.

We understand that not everyone will follow a set path as we are all different, meaning every career at Randox is also different. Whether you’re a school leaver or a graduate, as long as you’re open to learning and have a strong work ethic, this programme will help you realise your full potential.

Location: Antrim and Crumlin, Northern Ireland.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours/Flexibility: 40 hours per week.

What can you expect?

Our Manufacturing Departments play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement across our production sites—ensuring manufacturing processes that meet customer expectations in over 145 countries.

As a participant in the Future Leadership Programme, you will undertake a series of rotational placements across core manufacturing functions including Production, Biochip Formulation, Packing, Serum Processing, Quality, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Dispense, Logistics and Engineering. Key responsibilities include:
1. Gaining a solid understanding of medical manufacturing by undertaking hands-on duties on the production floor.
2. Learning each teams SOPs from the ground up by being hands-on during your rotations
3. Ensuring productivity targets are met / exceeded in each of the tams you work in- though hands-on conribution
4. Providing operational support to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing departments.
5. Learning and following our medical equipment through the full manufacturing lifecycle.
6. Assisting with improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
7. Supporting process optimisation, fault diagnosis, and sustainability initiatives.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and manufacturing excellence.
Who can apply?
Essential criteria:
9. Qualified to A levels or above.
10. Demonstrable strong work ethic or achievements during studies or work.
11. A willingness to be extremely hands-on in multiple manufacturing team placemements
12. Ambition and self-motivation, supported by a desire for a career within manufacturing.
13. Analytical, problem-solving mindset with evidence of initiative and teamwork.
14. Strong communication skills suited to different level of stakeholders.
15. UK Driving Licence.
16. Eligibility to work within the UK.
Desirable:
17. Prevous experience or placement within a manufacturing department.
18. Willingness to travel across our manufacturing sites in Northern Ireland. .
19. Understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma tools.
