Job Title: Service Technician
Location: Hersham, Surrey Area
Salary: Depending on Experience Up to 19ph
A leading organisation within the Turfcare Industry is seeking an Service Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Perform servicing and repairs on equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults.
* Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions to represent the brand positively.
* Record all service and repair activities accurately.
* Proactively address customer issues and ensure high-quality repairs.
* Follow safe working practices and use protective equipment as required.
* Communicate complex issues to the Service Manager and relay parts requirements promptly.
* Keep service vehicles clean and well-maintained.
* Attend product and technical training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
