* Pay Rate: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour
* Shifts: Part-Time | Days & Nights | 8-12 Hour Shifts

Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a remarkable gentleman in his 60s who lives with his wife, daughter, and family in Lincoln.
He is highly intelligent, enjoys engaging conversations, and has a love for audiobooks and films. He also has a few pets at home and greatly values spending quality time with his family, especially sharing meals and enjoying his wife’s exceptional cooking.
This is a 2:1 day and night support role, where you will provide personal care, assist with safe moving and handling, and support with clinical interventions to ensure his comfort, safety, and overall wellbeing. You will play a key role in creating a calm, reassuring, and supportive environment.
During night shifts, you will provide attentive monitoring, support with personal care as required, and ensure he remains comfortable and settled. This includes carrying out regular observations and responding promptly to any needs throughout the night.

What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Pet Friendly
* A UK driving licence is preferred, as the client lives in a rural area with limited transport access
