Were working with a fast-growing technology business in Southampton thats known for developing junior engineers properly. Theyre now looking for a 1st Line Engineer whos hungry to learn, eager to grow, and wants to move up the technical ladder quickly.
This is not a role where youll be stuck doing password resets forever. From day one, youll be learning how real IT environments work supporting users, working with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and modern infrastructure, and being coached by senior engineers who actively help you progress into 2nd Line, 3rd Line, Cloud or Infrastructure roles.

Required Skills:
1. Experience in 1st Line / IT Support (commercial or apprenticeship)
