Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per year
Hours: 7:55 AM – 4:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering long-lasting solutions rather than quick fixes.
The Role:
* As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
* Carry out fault finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems (70/30 split).
* Work closely with production to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
* Support continuous improvement projects and complete root cause analysis.
* Take on hardwiring and facilities maintenance to keep the site operating at its best.
What We’re Looking For:
* Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualifications in electrical engineering.
* 17th / 18th Edition certified.
* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) within a manufacturing setting.
* A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
