We are currently recruiting on behalf of a newly established home care provider based in Grantham. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead their service and help shape its future from the ground up.

Salary:£35,000- £37,000- The Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Working Hours:Full–time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as required to meet the business’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home care service
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
* Lead, support, and develop a care team to deliver high-quality care
* Manage recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Work closely with senior management to grow the business
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager in home care
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
* Proven ability to manage and motivate care teams
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Must have the right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
