A well-regarded secondary school in the Hereford area is seeking a committed and creative Food teacher to join their team full-time from the start of the autumn term. This long-term role includes full teaching responsibilities and offers the chance to work within a smaller school setting that prioritises strong relationships and individual student support.
The school's Design Technology department is well-resourced, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical, engaging lessons that help students develop essential life skills. The successful candidate will deliver Food Technology across KS3 and KS4, contributing to a supportive and collaborative faculty.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS or equivalent secondary teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4
Be confident delivering practical lessons with a focus on safety and engagement
Be a strong communicator, able to connect well with students and staff alike
Be available full-time from September 2025
