Location: Our vibrant London SE17 | Elephant Park Studio
Hours: ~24 hours/week
* Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:45 am – 2:30 pm
* Fridays: 6:45 am – 3:30 pm
* Additional cover opportunities available (Monday–Sunday)
At Tempo 301 | SE17, we're more than just Reformer Pilates. We're a busy boutique studio that brings together a thriving community. In addition to our main Reformer studio, we also run Barre, Strength, Yoga, and Mat Pilates in a second studio space, plus we host massage and facial therapies, PT sessions, workshops, and events. Open 7 days a week, our studios are buzzing with energy from early mornings through to evenings.
We're on the hunt for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Assistant Studio Manager to help keep things running smoothly at our Elephant Park studio.
What you'll do:
* Open the studio and lead front-of-house operations three mornings a week
* Greet and assist students, creating a warm and professional environment
* Manage bookings, class check-ins, PT sessions and payments
* Respond to and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and kindly
* Support the Studio Manager in the day-to-day running of the studio
* Track and order stock (e.g., toiletries, cleaning supplies, therapy/massage items)
* Ensure health & safety compliance and studio cleanliness standards are upheld
* Convert PT and therapy enquiries into bookings
* Coordinate with instructors, therapists and the studio team to maintain smooth operations
* Handle admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency

You're our ideal match if you:
* Have 2+ years of front-of-house or customer-facing experience within a fast-paced team
* Have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and are confident managing bookings, emails, and records
* Are positive, proactive, and genuinely passionate about fitness and wellbeing
* Communicate clearly and confidently with students, trainers, and teammates
* Are highly organised, dependable, and take initiative when needed
* Have strong IT skills (Momence experience is a bonus)
* Are flexible and able to work early mornings and occasional weekends
