Position: Senior Social Care Worker (Nights) – internal applicants required to apply via Opportunity Marketplace. Hours: 23.75 per week, permanent. Salary: £27,688 – £28,295. Location: David Walker Gardens, Rutherglen.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care to older people in a residential setting.
* Construct person‑centred support plans, implement, review and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Contribute to assessment and review processes.
* Administer medicines as prescribed.
Qualifications & Experience
* SVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
* Experience caring for older people, preferably in a residential setting.
* Knowledge of personal care procedures and medicine administration.
