Kitchen porter assistant
Responsible for preparing and cooking, as directed by the Head/Sous chef whilst maintaining quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Helping with food preparation
- Helping to prepare and cook food
- Assist with quality management of food
- Assist with cleaning required in the kitchen
- Assist generally in the kitchen as required
- With the provision of training assist with maintaining accurate records and accounts for reporting purposes
- Display a strong character for teamwork, good hygiene habits and good personal character.
For the right individual, we are willing to training you up alongside out sous chef to develop cooking skills and experience, supported with a formal qualification.
This is a trainee position with regular ongoing training.
