Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a term-time only, permanent basis. This role is term time only, working 38 weeks per year.

To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up

Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
