Job Description
We are working with a well-established national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Family Law practice within their North Down office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Family Law practice, managing a broad range of private family law matters to clients through complex matters, demonstrating empathy and discretion. The candidates’ work will cover matters such as divorce, ancillary relief, financial settlements, and private child arrangement cases. Responsibilities also include drafting documents, preparing court bundles, and courtroom advocacy.
The candidate will also contribute to business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* 2-5 PQE;
* Strong background in family law;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
