About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Child in Need (CIN) Team on an agency basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to work within a supportive local authority, managing complex cases and making a real difference to children and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing Child in Need social work assessments
* Managing a varied CIN caseload
* Chairing and running Child in Need meetings
* Undertaking child protection work
* Preparing and writing Section 7 reports
* Working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
