Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Our client, a leading player in the Aerospace manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join their dynamic team in Leighton Buzzard.

Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended or made permanent!
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Pay Rate: £17.76 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week - Mondy to Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 7am - 12pmWhat Will You Do?
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of a wide variety of aircraft interiors products. Your responsibilities will include:
Adhering to all health and safety policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to quality in every task.
Supporting production schedules through efficient operations.
Utilising hand tools and mechanical equipment for basic component assembly.
Identifying parts to ensure traceability of components and assembled items.
Producing documentation to support production schedules.
Recording completed work using our computer systems.
Packaging finished goods to meet industry standards for transportation.
Contributing to business delivery and quality targets.
Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to minimise waste and boost efficiency.What Do You Need?
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Ability to read engineering drawings is essential.
The capability to follow instructions accurately and provide feedback.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with your team.
A solid understanding of Microsoft software.
