Following a recent refurbishment, they are seeking a talented Bar & Lounge Manager to lead their beautifully designed bar and three luxurious lounge areas.

£35,000 per annum plus circa £7,200 service charge
Working 48 hours per week, across 5 days

Overseeing the daily operation of the bar and lounge areas, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of 11 to deliver exceptional 5-star service
Curating and maintaining an outstanding beverage and cocktail offering
Driving service standards, training, and development within your team
The ideal Bar & Lounge Manager will
Have proven experience within a 5-star luxury environment
Possess excellent knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails
Be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a passionate team
Have a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
