<p><strong>Paediatric Mental Health and Gastro</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>This exciting new opportunity is open to candidates with an ABPI who are looking to join an expanding and successful team. The successful candidate will collaborate with specialists in secondary care to oversee its inclusion in formularies, while also engaging with primary care to enhance awareness of the product.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p><p>Our client is a fast-growing, speciality pharmaceutical company with a dedicated focus on commercialising speciality medicines for unmet patient needs. This role is focused on promoting paediatric mental health and gastroenterology portfolio.</p><ul><li>Competitive starting salary and extensive benefits package with an excellent commission structure.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Overview: </strong></p><p>You will play a pivotal role in driving clinical and commercial uptake by engaging with key healthcare professionals across gastroenterology and paediatric mental health.</p><ul><li>Deliver territory objectives and sales growth through effective account management</li><li>Engage across primary care, secondary care and key influencer networks</li><li>Support formulary inclusion and access pathways, working closely with specialists</li><li>Leverage multi-channel engagement (face-to-face, virtual, digital) to maximise impact</li><li>Shape customer journeys using targeted, insight-led interactions</li><li>This is a role suited to someone who thrives in a launch environment, enjoys autonomy, and is comfortable influencing across complex NHS systems.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>To be successful: </strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare account management role (primary care exposure essential)</li><li>Strong track record of influencing and engaging NHS stakeholders</li><li>Experience working across multi-channel engagement platforms</li><li>Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to build credible, long-term relationships across healthcare systems</li><li>A ‘can do’ attitude with bags of passion and enthusiasm.</li><li>Full UK driving license</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>How to apply: </strong></p><p>If you like the sound of this opportunity and you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you!
