The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of practice areas, supporting fee earners and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload across departments, including property, private client, family, or commercial matters
* Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
* Opening and closing client files, including ID and compliance checks
* Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
* Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals
* Managing diaries, appointments, and deadlines
* Updating and maintaining the firm’s case management system
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team
Candidate Requirements
* Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (preferred)
* Previous legal or office experience (desirable)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional, client-focused approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
