Job Title: Project Admin Coordinator

Pay rate: £17.32 per hour PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 3 months
Working arrangements: Hybrid role based in Bristol, requiring two days per week in the office. One of these days must be a Tuesday, which is the designated team day.
Role
We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Skills Bootcamps Programme – a national initiative designed to address employer skills gaps through targeted training and enabling employers to upskill existing staff or onboard new talent using dedicated funding. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the programme. This includes supporting strategic planning, coordinating key functions such as provider management, quality assurance, and project planning.
Key responsibilities
* Working closely with internal teams and external delivery partners where you will liaise with the Data Team, Communications Team, and Skills Bootcamps Team to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and collaborative working
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and dissemination of key information
* Support project management activities such as risk identification, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring that governance and management reporting is timely and accurate
* Contribute to service improvement by providing research support and helping to identify opportunities for innovation
* Administrative support across the programme is also required, including managing agendas, coordinating meetings, and maintaining forward plan
* Provide support and co-ordination to the project team’s Provider Management and Quality Assurance function
* Work with the Communications Team to ensure that the Skills Bootcamp pages of the website are kept up to date and communications messages/stories are identified and relayed through relevant communication channels
What the client is looking for
* Educated to HNC or degree level in a relevant subject (e.g. Business & Management, Business Administration, Project Management), or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
* Knowledge of programme or project management disciplines and their practical application
* Experience of co-ordinating meetings, setting agendas, managing forward plans and minute taking
* Proficient in using a range of IT tools, including MS Project or similar, to coordinate projects and programmes
* Experience of applying project and programme management discipline to the coordination of a work programme
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office with the ability to produce polished reports, documents, and presentations in various formats
* Excellent information management skills and ability to interpret complex regulations and legislation
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues in partner organisations, with a focus on excellent customer service
